Location: Home-Based, covering Peterborough & surrounding areas
OTE: £55,000+ (Uncapped commission + enhanced rates on self-generated business)

Are you an experienced Equity Release Advisor or Equity Release Broker looking for a flexible, home-based role with genuine high earnings? We’re working with a respected, directly authorised firm expanding its team in Peterborough and the East Midlands.
You’ll provide FCA-regulated advice to homeowners aged 55+, specialising in lifetime mortgages and home reversion schemes. With 3–4 qualified leads per week plus higher commission for self-generated cases, this role offers excellent earning potential and work-life balance.
