This exciting opportunity as an ER Advisor in the retail / Transport & Distribution industry will see you supporting employee relations and HR processes. Based in Runcorn, you will play a key role in ensuring fair and efficient HR practices across the organisation.

Description
Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Work collaboratively with managers to ensure HR policies are followed consistently.
Support the investigation and resolution of employee disputes in a fair and timely manner.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve team satisfaction.
Deliver training and guidance to managers on employee relations and HR practices.
Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Work closely with the HR team to support broader department objectives.

A successful ER Advisor should have:
