The ER Manager will oversee all employee relations activities, ensuring best practices within the human resources department of a not-for-profit organisation. This role requires strong expertise in managing workplace policies and resolving employee concerns effectively.

Description

Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to employee relations cases.
Deliver training sessions for staff on HR policies and procedures.
