Job Description
We are working with a company based in Soham who are looking for a ERP Analyst to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position, 5 days onsite.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing first, second and third line support on the ERP systems
* Providing training to ensure all employees can use the system correctly
* Acting as an escalation point for colleagues
* Taking responsibility for the ERP system
* Ensuring all documentation is up to date
* Providing out of hours support when needed
* Working closely with the ERP Manager
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of Dynamics Nav
* Experience with Office 365
* Knowledge of Microsoft SQL database structures
* Experience of Citrix environments
* Ability to work as part of a team
* A driving license with access to a car
