We are currently looking for an experienced Systems Support Analyst to join a growing company in the Northwest.
Our client offers a flexible working model with a choice of either a 4 day or 5 day working week, in addition to a remote working option. You will be working with a great team that has a modernised culture with excellent progression and development opportunities available.
Role Overview:
Resolving Business Systems queries, incidents, and requests.
Supporting the Business Systems Manager in delivery of projects, upgrades and enhancements.
Supporting the Business Systems Manager in continuous improvement.
Liaising with key stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
What you would bring:
Previous experience working with HR/Payroll business systems.
Good understanding of Unit4/Agresso ERP System.
Excellent communication skills.
Personable, approachable and able to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
