Purpose of the Role
In this dynamic role, you'll support a major enterprise-level transformation programme, focusing on the upgrade and replacement of core ERP platforms in HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement. You will have the opportunity to guide the organisation through the ERP platform selection process and provide valuable insights that shape the final vendor decision.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical-commercial assessment and selection of ERP platforms.
Review and compare functional capabilities of leading solutions like SAP, Workday, and Coupa.
Act as a trusted advisor during the ERP vendor evaluation phase.
Engage with vendors through demos, reviews, and assessments.
Develop high-level cost models in collaboration with Finance.
Ensure alignment with internal governance structures.
Capture and validate functional requirements with stakeholders.
Provide insights on end-user experience and technical readiness.Key Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Proven experience leading or supporting ERP transformation initiatives.
Strong exposure to HR and Payroll systems, particularly SAP and Workday.
Commercial acumen to support vendor negotiations and evaluate cost structures.
Experience with multinational organisations (25,000+ headcount).
An understanding of governance structures in large-scale transformations.
