This role ensures the safe, reliable operation of lift and escalator equipment across multi-unit sites. You’ll carry out maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and equipment improvements that help reduce downtime and enhance performance.
What you’ll do:
Perform routine servicing, minor repairs, and component replacements on escalators.
Identify faults, carry out diagnostics, and restore equipment to service.
Conduct safety inspections and close non-conformities according to legislation.
Support on-call duties for out-of-hours maintenance and repairs.
Follow company safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Keep accurate service records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in escalator maintenance (essential).
Proven experience in escalator servicing, maintenance, or repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
Full UK driving licence (preferred).
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to plan and prioritise work effectively.What you’ll get:
