ESOL Cirriculum Manager
Location: North London
Contract Type: 3-6 months, Monday to Friday 9-5pm, with one evening a week: evening duty until 9pm which varies days from week to week.
Salary: £32.02 per hour Umbrella

What You'll Do
As the Curriculum Manager, you'll:
Lead and manage a dedicated team delivering ESOL and wellbeing courses that change lives and improve futures.
Design and develop a forward-thinking ESOL curriculum that meets local needs, supports employability, and aligns with funders and council priorities.
Champion quality by ensuring our provision meets the highest standards set out by Ofsted and the Education Inspection Framework.
Collaborate with senior leaders, quality managers, local partners and funders to build and sustain a diverse, impactful curriculum offer.
Drive performance by managing budgets, leading recruitment, and ensuring your team are well-supported, developed and aligned with service goals.
Innovate and grow the provision by identifying new opportunities, improving learner outcomes, and embedding digital literacy, life skills and core values into everything we do.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a strategic, committed and inspirational leader with:
✔ Strong knowledge of national and regional adult education and skills agendas
✔ Expertise in ESOL curriculum design, quality assurance, and delivery in community or FE settings
✔ Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team
✔ A Level 5 teaching qualification (or equivalent) and a Level 4 ESOL subject specialism
✔ A clear understanding of Ofsted expectations, safeguarding, EDI, and council priorities
✔ A creative, solution-focused mindset and a genuine passion for lifelong learning
