Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver tailored ESOL lessons to meet the needs and abilities of individual learners.
Support learners in improving their English proficiency for work, study, and daily life.
Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback.
Create a positive, inclusive, and supporting learning environment.Requirements:
Applicants must hold an ESOL, CELTA, or TEFL qualification- applications without one of these will not be considered.
Experience delivering ESOL lessons to learners of varying abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
A passion for helping learners achieve their language goals.Desirable:
Experience working with pupils with SEND
