The Company

Opportunity to join a well respected and locally owned estate agency in Swansea. They have an opening for a Sales Negotiator at their Swansea office based in the mumbles area. This is an excellent time to join my client as they have seen huge growth over the past few years and are looking for the right candidate who will help meet their current demand and play an important part in their future growth.

The Role

This is a senior position requiring solid Estate Agency experience and knowledge. The role could either be full time or part time to suit the needs of the successful applicant. The following 2 options are available:

  * Option 1 - Full Time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm & Alternative Saturdays 9am-130pm (time off in lieu)

  * Option 2 - Part time hours would be considered (28hrs minimum per week

You will be responsible for:

  * Managing Valuation leads and generating valuation opportunities through follow-up, referrals, and proactive activity

  * Booking & attending property valuations, providing accurate pricing, advice and selling our service, Wining new instructions at agreed fee levels

  * Offering & upselling additional services such as Mortgage advice , Conveyancing & Marketing Packages

  * Exceeding targets & demonstrating strong conversion rates

  * Building and maintaining excellent relationships with vendors

  * Managing the ‘take on’ of new properties, including signing paperwork, arranging for the marketing and listing of properties

  * Monitor and manage pipeline performance, Working closely with negotiators to ensure a smooth handover post-instruction

  * Staying up to date with local market conditions, pricing, and competitor activity

  * Ensuring all work is carried out in line with legislation, compliance, and company standards

  * Hold weekly Vendor Care Meetings with negotiators. Manage & guide on feedback provided to vendors. Provide feedback yourself, when necessary

  * Provide accurate KPI reports outlining activity and performance when required, provide a senior oversight for the negotiators, providing training and expertise when needed and manage the negotiators diaries

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

  * Experience working within Estate Agency & within a Sales Lister role is essential

  * Experience in offering high levels of customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for clients.

  * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.

  * A polite and professional approach.

  * Strong organisational skills – you will be managing multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously.

  * Administrative proficiency – you will be handling documentation and maintaining accurate records.

  * A keen interest in the property market and in dealing with people.

  * A proactive approach and desire to learn and engage.

  * A clean and valid driver’s license.

  * It would be beneficial to be local to the area with a good knowledge of Swansea & the surrounding areas.
