Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager

  * Basic salary £30,000 with realistic on target earnings of £80,000.

  * Every other Saturday working.

  * You will work for a market leading independent Estate Agents with very much the family feel to it where everyone is valued.

  * You will manage a team of experienced Agents and be the right hand to the Managing Director overseeing a strong brand, setting targets and you will be the main Lister in an office that does between £700,000 and £750,000 in sales.

  * 2025 saw the office do 190 listings with 120 sales.
