Key Responsibilities
Conducting valuations, viewings, and negotiations across residential sales
Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers to deliver outstanding service
Generating new instructions through proactive canvassing and lead follow-up
Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
Contributing to branch targets and supporting wider team successIdeal Candidate
Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within a fast-paced agency
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Professional, well presented, and confident in client facing situations
Self motivated and target driven, with a passion for property
