Full- Time 37 hours per week
Authentic Education operates several academies across the Bournemouth, Poole and the Weymouth areas. We are looking to recruit several multi-skilled maintenance staff to work across academies.
The Role
Working as part of the estates site team, conducting regular maintenance and repair duties while adhering to health and safety regulations. This requires versatility, hands-on skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to be flexible and adaptable in your approach as you will be working within academies you will be required to adhere to safeguarding practises and procedures as working on academy sites. Carrying out routine and preventative maintenance tasks, including repairs to plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance to uphold a high standard across all sites. undertake project maintenance work and minor maintenance repairs to include painting, clearing of gutters and gullies, fence and perimeter repairs and maintaining garden equipment where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate
Experience with working within maintenance, plumbing, electrical, building or estates with great problem-solving skills with the ability to operate various tools adhering to health and safety rules. Ability to use hand tools is essential.
