Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on experienced and proactive Estate Manager to take overall responsibility for the management, safety and smooth running of the estate. The estate requires proactive and experienced management to maintain high standards, ensure compliance, safety and smooth running of the Estate, and support resident wellbeing. The role reports directly to the Residents Management Committee.

Candidate Profile
Essential
* Proven experience as an Estate Manager or Facilities Manager in a residential setting.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Solid knowledge of building systems and health & safety compliance.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable
* Experience managing leisure facilities (pool, gym, spa).
* IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety qualification.
* Budget and service charge management experience.
* Someone with a Full UK Drivers Licence and own vehicle
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm - given nature of the role, we will need soemone flexible in emergencies and when requiredBefore You Apply
