Estate Operative - London Area
A modern residential development in West London is seeking a reliable Estate Operative to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Details:
Location: West London (exact area shared on application)
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
Maintain communal areas, car parks, and cycle stores
Conduct regular inspections and report issues
Assist with minor repairs, landscaping, and cleaning duties
Support system checks (emergency lighting, fire alarms, safety equipment)
Supervise contractors and help enforce
Health & Safety compliance
Provide basic security support and assist with parking
Requirements:
Experience in cleaning, grounds maintenance, or minor repairs
Practical skills in trades such as plumbing, fencing, or DIY tasks
Full, clean UK driving licence
Physically fit for manual work
Friendly, reliable, and professional
Legally entitled to work in the UK
