Job Description

Local authority in the Northamptonshire area currently require an experienced Estates Surveyor to join their property services team for an initial period of three months. The estate surveyor is responsible for delivering a range of professional estate management case work, primarily on the estates portfolio. This portfolio is held to achieve the corporate plan, deliver services, and maximise value depending on the category of the asset. The surveyor will be required to use their extensive technical expertise to assist with the management of the corporate estate and undertake property contract negotiations through to completion, and thereafter maintain ongoing effective relationships. 37 hours per week Hybrid £350 - £400 per day inside IR35 3 months initially with likely extension If you would like to discuss the role further please apply for the role and one of the property team will call you to discuss
