Location: London
Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE + benefits
The Role
We’re looking for an Estates Manager with strong FM and property management experience to oversee a high-profile London estate. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, service charge budgets, and contractor management, ensuring the estate is safe, compliant, and running to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
*
Lead FM service delivery (hard & soft) across the estate portfolio.
*
Manage multi-million-pound service charge budgets, driving cost efficiency and value.
*
Ensure full health & safety compliance, risk management, and statutory obligations.
*
Build strong stakeholder relationships with landlords, occupiers, contractors, and local authorities.
*
Deliver lifecycle and asset management strategies, ensuring long-term estate performance.
*
Oversee tendering, contracts, and supplier SLAs/KPIs.
*
Drive sustainability, ESG, and community engagement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience running an estate/portfolio in a property management/FM environment.
*
Solid background in budgeting, service charges, and stakeholder engagement.
*
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and manage contractors.
*
Qualifications (desired, not essential):
*
IOSH/NEBOSH
*
IWFM Level 4+
*
RICS accreditation or related property qualification
*
Excellent communicator, able to operate at both occupier and board level.
