Estates Officer (Fire Safety)
£38,000 - £47,000 + Training + Flexible Hours + Excellent Pension + 33 Days holiday
Commutable from Bristol, Filton, Yate, Weston-Super-Mare, Chepstow, Newport, Bath, Portishead, Nailsea, Clevedon.
Are you an Estates Officer or Facilities Management professional with a strong understanding of fire safety, looking to work for a national institution where you will play a key role in the ongoing improvement of the estates and be allowed to develop your skillset through fully funded training opportunities?

The Role:
Organise PPMs's and support the company improvement programme.
Ensure the business adheres to all fire safety policies, procedures and compliance.
Conduct practical exercises, drills and training to key members of staff across the business.
Ongoing training and development opportunities (Courses, Degree's etc.)The Person:

Strong understanding of Fire, Health & Safety compliance.
