We are currently supporting a client in Oxford with the recruitment of an Interim Estates Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background and experience working within the NHS or pharmaceutical industry.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in estates or facilities management
* Happy to still be on the tools if required
* Strong background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems
* Previous work within NHS or pharmaceutical environments is highly desirable
* Ability to manage contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
