Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 + 10% bonus

The role of the Estimator – Acoustic Solutions will involve:
* Estimator position dealing with the supply and installation of our clients manufactured range of acoustic solutions
* Reviewing technical drawings and scopes of work in order to produce accurate take offs
* Gather and review blueprints, specifications, and related documents
* Calculate costs by assessing labour, materials, and time requirements
* Communicate with internal teams throughout the estimating process
* Identify and resolve discrepancies through information analysis
* Present estimates with clear numerical and descriptive data
* Compile reports summarising data, trends, and findings
* Attend pre-contract meetings to brief the drafting team on scope
* Managing projects ranging in value from £10,000 up to £5,000,000
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Acoustic Solutions with:
* Must have experience as an Estimator working for a contractor
* Ideally will have an understanding of ceilings, partitions, fit-out, panels and acoustics
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* IT literate (Microsoft Office, with a sound understanding of Excel)
* Technically minded individual with strong numerical skills
* Willing to learn and adapt to new environments
