The role of the Estimator – Building Envelope will involve:

  * Estimator position producing estimates for a range of industrial roofing and cladding solutions

  * Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns

  * Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs

  * Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects

  * Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond

  * Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated

  * Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Building Envelope experience with:

  * Must have estimating experience within construction

  * Ideally have experience estimating large projects

  * Must be IT literate

  * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  * Excellent analytical and numerical skills

  * Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
