Leeds - Commutable from Wakefield, Bradford, Huddersfield, York, Halifax
Are you an Estimator with experience in civils or site investigation, looking to join a respected and well-established company offering stability, excellent training, and genuine progression opportunities?

In this varied role, you'll work within a small, close-knit team supporting preconstruction activities, preparing competitive tender bids, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. You'll play a key role in securing profitable work and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
This position would suit an Estimator with a background in civils, geotechnical, or site investigation projects who's looking to join a large and progressive business that values professional growth and long-term development.
The Role:
Prepare and submit competitive tender bids
Support preconstruction activities and add value to client projects
Attend client meetings and site visits when required
Hybrid working - 1 day per week WFH
£38,000 - £50,000 + £5,200 Car Allowance + Bonus Scheme + 33 Days Holiday (rising with service) + Life Assurance + Private Medical
