Are you a Estimator with a Construction background looking to join a well-known company that specializes in construction restorations who offer training for their industry, great opportunities for career growth?

In this role, you'll create accurate, value-engineered cost estimates, build client relationships, and manage projects from start to contract award. Daily tasks include preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth handover to operations for project success.

Identify risks and opportunities within tenders to provide precise estimates.
Assist Quantity Surveying functions and conduct post-completion project reviews.
