Remuneration: £30,000 - £50,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of Estimator – Fit Out will involve:
* Estimator position dealing with fit-out and refurbishment projects primarily for hotels
* Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
* Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
* Producing formal quotations to customers
* Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
* Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
* Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
* Working on projects ranging in value up to £30m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Fit Out with
* Must have estimating experience within the fit out / design & build market sector
* Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Excellent communicator written and verbally
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Good team player who also works well individually
