Are you an experienced estimator with a background in offsite construction & housing?
Would you enjoy a home working role with a national contracting business?
You will be joining the specialist contracting division of a large, international manufacturing group. As a result of growth, this business is seeking a new estimator to complement their current team and is specifically interested in those with a modular and / or house building background.
You will be working on a range of contracts across modular, cold rolled steel, housing, hotel, student accommodation and retail projects. Reporting to a highly experienced pre-construction manager, you can expect excellent mentoring and development within the commercial team. Other colleagues will include estimators, quantity surveyors and commercial managers.

Have experience of estimating for offsite construction systems
Are aware of building regulations and warranty processes for new build housing
Are comfortable reading from construction drawings in Auto CAD and 3D Models
Possess high levels of attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
