Your Role:
As the Estimator, you will be the backbone of our customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate quotations for our sealed unit products. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Enquiries: Monitor the estimating inbox, ensuring all enquiries are acknowledged and processed swiftly.
Producing Quotations: Prepare competitive and precise quotations using our internal estimating software.
Providing Technical Support: Offer clear, professional responses to customer queries, leveraging your product knowledge to deliver practical solutions.
Data Management: Log all enquiries and quotations into our CRM system, maintaining accurate records.
Reporting: Generate regular reports for the sales team on quotation activity and market trends.
Collaboration: Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure feasibility of quotes.
Customer Engagement: Follow up on outstanding quotations to secure orders and enhance customer relationships.
Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing our estimating processes and CRM data integrity.
