Hours: 07:30 – 16:00 / 08:00 – 16:30 / 08:30 – 17:00

This role suits someone with 1–2 years’ experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or commercial support, ideally with a relevant degree and looking for the next step in a fast-paced commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
*
Provide accurate reports and commercial information to senior staff and clients
*
Support delivery of multiple projects and manage daily workload proactively
*
Maintain deadlines and communicate progress clearly
*
Ensure use of standard documentation and follow QA processes
*
Attend meetings and produce clear meeting minutes
*
Carry out site visits and inspections
*
Assist with measurement, estimating, pricing, and supplier coordination
*
Prepare Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Rates, tenders, and quotations
*
Administer contracts and manage interim/final accounts and valuations
*
Maintain cost records and databases
*
Support preparation of financial reports
*
Provide general support to Commercial/Contracts Managers
*
Demonstrate strong organisation and project management skills
What We’re Looking For
*
1–2 years’ experience in estimating, QS, or commercial support
*
Degree/qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
*
Experience in groundworks, civils, or refurbishment (advantageous)
*
Strong measurement, costing, and pricing skills
*
Confident communication and supplier liaison ability
*
Able to manage high-volume quoting and fast turnaround work
*
Organized, proactive, and keen to develop professionallyBefore You Apply
