This is a great opportunity to join a specialist subcontractor working across high-profile projects in London. They're looking to add an Estimator to their established team as they continue to refine their client base and streamline an already strong tender pipeline.
Are you an Estimator with experience in tiling, stone, or a specialist subcontractor and are looking for a new role? Do you want exposure to varied sectors including commercial, high-end residential and hospitality residential all within a modern, forward-thinking environment?
This business works with major Tier 1 contractors and leading fit-out firms, delivering specialist stone and tiling packages across a wide variety of projects. With a steady flow of tenders and a desire to further refine and optimise the process, this is a key role where you will independently manage tenders from initial receipt through to quote submission, working on multiple packages at a time and liaising closely with suppliers and internal teams.
You'll be reviewing drawings, completing take-offs, breaking down tender information, sourcing supplier pricing, preparing costings, and producing accurate quotations. The role offers exposure to diverse workstreams and the opportunity to build specialist technical expertise within stone and tiling, with training available where needed.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will have estimating experience within tiling, stone, or a similar subcontract trade, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple packages concurrently. Above all, they're looking for someone forward-thinking, positive, and eager to work within a dynamic and collaborative team.
