Estimator
Inspire Resourcing are recruiting an Estimator on behalf of our client in Chesterfield.

* Evaluation of tender opportunities to ensure they fit with business capabilities, business model and risk profile.
* Estimating tender prices.
* Bid writing and preparation.
* Tender and client management including timely response to client queries and adherence to tender deadlines.
* Working closely with finance and operations teams to develop and maintain processes for accurate estimates of costs.
* Pro-actively seek feedback on job performance to inform future estimating.
* Identifying and implementing continual improvements to reduce cost for both the client and company
* Ensuring full and sufficient handovers to operations teams are made.
* Ensuring key tender assumptions/attendances are communicated to the commercial department and included in draft contracts.
Requirements:
* Previous commercial experience in Civil Engineering / Construction experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills
