Estimator – Bedford
Salary: £65,000 + Benefits
Working hours: 8.30- 5 Monday to Thursday and 8.30-4.30 on Friday

The Role – Estimator
You’ll play a key role in preparing accurate, well-thought-out tenders for general contracting schemes in the £1–5m range. Working closely with a skilled commercial team, you’ll ensure bids are competitive, detailed, and aligned with client expectations.
You will be working across new build and refurbishment schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and submit tenders for projects across education, leisure, and commercial sectors.
* Work collaboratively with the commercial team to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
* Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Contribute to the company’s ethos of delivering quality and value.
The Right Person
* 4+ years’ experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
* Relevant construction qualification.
* Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work 8–5 in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
