Location: Bristol

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package

The Opportunity

A strong opportunity for an Estimator to join a growing fit out contractor delivering retail and hospitality refurbishment projects across the UK.

This role offers the chance to work on fast-paced, design-led schemes within restaurants, bars and retail environments. You’ll play a key role in securing new work, producing competitive tenders and supporting the business through continued growth.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

  * Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.

  * Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements.

  * Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations.

  * Managing tender processes from enquiry through to submission.

  * Supporting value engineering and cost optimisation.

  * Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

  * Identifying project risks and commercial opportunities.

  * Supporting pre-construction and handover to delivery teams.

About You

  * Experience as an Estimator within fit out or refurbishment.

  * Background in retail, hospitality or commercial interiors preferred.

  * Strong understanding of construction costs and tendering.

  * Commercially aware with strong analytical skills.

  * Confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams.

  * Organised and able to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
