Overview:
Our Glasgow-based client is looking for an Experienced Estimator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing construction business, working on a variety of exciting projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects

  * 

    Review drawings, specifications, and project documents

  * 

    Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

  * 

    Support the commercial team in project planning and tendering

  * 

    Maintain records of estimates and project costs

Requirements:

  * 

    Proven experience as a construction Estimator

  * 

    Strong knowledge of materials, construction processes, and costings

  * 

    Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills

  * 

    Strong communication and negotiation skills

  * 

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
