Job Description

Estimator required to work for a main contractor who specialise in Restoration / High end new builds up to £15 million. A Construction group delivering some of the UK’s most prestigious, high‑quality, design‑led projects

Oxford based with remote working as an option

Play a key role in shaping high‑end projects by:
Producing accurate, competitive cost estimates & tender submissions
Creating Bills of Quantities & analysing drawings/specs
Managing multiple tenders, sourcing suppliers & identifying value‑engineering opportunities
Collaborating with clients, architects & internal teams
