Due to continued business growth and project wins, they are seeking a skilled Estimator to enhance their North Manchester office.

Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

Accurately developing comprehensive estimates and budgets for fit-out projects ranging in value from £100k to £3m.
Examining project drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents thoroughly to ensure precise costings.
Securing optimal procurement deals by negotiating effectively with suppliers and subcontractors.
Analysing tender submissions and delivering detailed evaluation reports to senior management.
Collaborating proactively with the wider project team to facilitate a seamless transition from successful tender to project commencement.
Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies during the pre-construction phase.
Offering strategic cost advice to clients and internal stakeholders to enhance project feasibility.
Staying informed on market trends, pricing structures, and emerging construction technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.Estimator Requirements:
Proven track record as an Estimator, ideally with experience in commercial fit-out, refurbishment, or similar sectors.
Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate costings and secure profitable project wins.
Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary construction methods, materials, and current pricing dynamics.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication capabilities.
Proficient with industry-standard estimating software, alongside advanced spreadsheet and database skills.
Exceptional attention to detail coupled with excellent organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence and openness to occasional site visits.
