Job Description
Are you an experienced Estimator who has worked for top Main Contractors during your career?
Have you produced estimates and cost plans for build projects ranging from £2.5 – 25m?
Want to work for a first class construction business that is in hyper-growth mode?

Estimator roles & responsibilities:
Analysing tender documents, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
Preparing detailed cost breakdowns for labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor elements, including M&E systems.
Liaising with design, engineering, and project management teams to understand project scope and requirements.
Sourcing and negotiating prices with subcontractors and suppliers.
Preparing and submitting tenders, ensuring competitive and compliant bids.Estimator experience required:
Minimum 7 years Estimator experience.
Experience of preparing estimates / cost plans for new build, refurbishment and FM works from scratch
Good working knowledge of estimating software tools (ConQuest, CostX, Bluebeam, Excel).
Excellent communication skills.
