Job Description
A leading Tier 1 contractor with a global turnover of £6 billion is continuing its impressive expansion into the Cardiff market, just one year after establishing a local presence. With a secured project pipeline exceeding £100 million, the business is now looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to support the successful tendering and pre-construction phase of major schemes across South Wales.
Working from their brand-new, modern Cardiff office, you’ll join a high-performing, collaborative pre-construction team within a business that values innovation, culture, and long-term career development. Key Requirements:
Proven experience in estimating (preferably with a Tier 1 or major contractor)
Strong understanding of cost planning and tendering processes
Experience across high-rise residential or large-scale commercial projects is desirable
Ability to collaborate with design, commercial, and delivery teams
A proactive and detail-oriented approach
