Scaffolding Estimator – South East (Kent Area)

An established and growing scaffolding contractor is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Scaffolding Estimator to join its team, supporting projects across the South East. This is a key role for a detail-oriented professional who can assess, price, and support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of scaffolding solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates for scaffolding works, including site assessments, measurements, and material take-offs
*
Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to understand requirements and propose effective solutions
*
Source and assess supplier quotes to ensure best-value project delivery
*
Support tender submissions with well-structured documentation and pricing schedules
*
Maintain awareness of current scaffolding regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
*
Work closely with the commercial and operational teams to hand over successful bids smoothly
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as an estimator within the scaffolding industry
*
Strong technical understanding of scaffolding systems and temporary works
*
Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
*
Familiarity with estimating software and MS Office tools
*
Strong communication and negotiation skills
*
Full UK driving licence
