Salary: €40,000 - €80,000 + Package - DOE

Are you a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in full turnkey projects?
I am working with a leading modular contractor based in West Ireland and they are seeking both a junior and senior Estimator to join their commercial team. You will be essential in managing cost control and commercial aspects on a variety of innovative projects.
About the Role
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates for modular construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking contractor delivering high-quality, full turnkey solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for modular construction projects.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and other project documents to determine costs.
Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and manage procurement.
Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Experience as an Estimator, ideally from a main contracting background.
Knowledge of full turnkey construction projects is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
