Electrical Estimator – Energy Projects (Transmission & Distribution)
Location: Various, willingness to travel is required

Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator with a strong background in BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) projects?
We’re working with a leading cost management firm in the energy sector who is looking to expand their team with a technically skilled and commercially aware Electrical Estimator to support a growing pipeline of high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate electrical cost estimates for BESS installations.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to determine project requirements.
Liaise with engineers, procurement teams, and suppliers to gather pricing and technical information.
Develop and maintain estimating templates and cost databases.
Support the bid team in preparing proposals and tender submissions.
Identify and mitigate risks within the estimation process.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the energy sector.
Strong understanding of peaking power plants and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
