As we continue to lead our market, we are now seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in Dunfermline.
The Role
This key position involves developing, managing, and delivering accurate estimates for projects throughout the design and construction process. The ideal candidate will assist in strategic costing analysis and prepare reports for financial forecasting.

As a Senior Estimator, you will:
* Take responsibility for pricing our Living Space Projects, working closely with the pre-construction team in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Collaborate with Design Consultants to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
* Review and prepare cost analysis reports at all project stages to support design and construction.
* Liaise with supply chain partners, review quotations, and process estimates within tight deadlines.
* Present regular cost review reports and contribute to strategies for improving profitability.
* Develop cost analysis management tools to enhance cost control and profit margins.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience managing project estimates within the construction industry, preferably in the domestic sector.
* Strong knowledge of pricing and quantification methods in construction.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster effective relationships under pressure.
* Strong financial, numeracy, and commercial acumen.
* A flexible, positive attitude and team-focused approach.
