Now Hiring: Estimator – Building Fabric / Construction
📍 Portsmouth | Permanent Opportunity
We’re supporting a well-established, nationally operating contractor that continues to grow across the Construction, Engineering, and Property sectors.
As part of that growth, they’re looking to bring an Estimator into their commercial team based in Portsmouth. The company delivers a broad range of projects—from minor works to complex builds valued up to £20m—working across both public and private sector clients.
This role is focused on construction and building fabric. You'll take ownership of pricing additional works outside of frameworks and supporting the delivery of upcoming larger schemes.
Projects are delivered using a mix of internal delivery teams and external partners, offering variety and challenge.
In return you will be offered a salary of up to £80,000 + packageBefore You Apply
