Senior Estimator - Residential, Hotel & Listed Refurbishment
oLiverpool St, London
oUp to £95,000 (incl. Package)

Our client is now entering an exciting period of growth and so has an opportunity for an Estimator to become an integral part of the bid team.
As Estimator, you will be part of the tender team bidding on varied refurbishment and new build projects in residential hotel and listed buildings.
You will be offered an attractive salary and package commensurate with your experience, along with the opportunity for support with your career.
Using the Estimate software, you will work with the bid team and be involved in the tender process from:
• Preparing analysis enquiry documentation and sub contract packages including bills of quantities
• Prepare main tender submissions ranging in value from £3m - £70m
• Prepare method statements and programmes
• Your responsibilities will include the following:
• Analysis of contract documentation and preparation of accurate subcontractor packages for pricing.
• Maintaining an updated cost data base
• Liaising with and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Active participation in adjudication meetings
• Carry out some surveying duties when necessary
• Maintaining good relationships with prospective clients and professionals to promote further tender invitations.
Ideally you will have over 10 years estimating experience with a principal contractor across all building sectors. You will need to possess a solid knowledge of building material components, building regulations, estimating and contractual procedures.
