Estimator – High-End Construction Projects – Exeter – Permanent
We are representing a highly respected, forward-thinking main contractor based in Exeter who are looking to appoint an Estimator on a permanent basis.

The Role
As Estimator, you will play a key part in the pre-construction team, preparing accurate and competitive tenders for a variety of high-end commercial, and bespoke projects. You will work closely with the directors and project delivery teams, contributing your expertise to secure new work and ensure continued excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
Evaluating drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Liaising with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to clarify requirements.
Identifying risks and opportunities to add value.
Supporting value engineering and design development processes.
The Person
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience estimating for main contractor or high-end specialist projects.
Understands the unique demands of delivering premium-quality, bespoke schemes.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Works proactively, with a keen eye for detail and commercial awareness.
A background in high-end commercial, heritage, or similarly detail-orientated sectors would be advantageous.
