We’re representing a well-regarded social housing contractor based in Llantwit Major with a reputation for delivering much-needed, high-quality homes across Wales.
They’re now seeking a switched-on Estimator to join the team and support their growing tender pipeline. This role will suit someone with a keen eye for numbers, a strong understanding of residential frameworks, and the ability to work across D&B and traditional procurement models.
Working directly with the directors, you’ll have a real say in the projects the business takes on, making this a visible and impactful role.
