Waites Recruitment Consultancy are seeking a Civils Estimator/Surveyor who has Groundworks experience for a client based in North London on a full time basis.
My client is a construction Groundworks company and are looking for a person that could fulfil an estimating/survey of my Groundworks schemes the ongoing projects and also the new projects in the future. They are looking for a candidate that has good and understanding knowledge on Civil is Groundworks and is capable of using blue beam and also a cad drawings
My client operates from offices in Cheshunt North London and their works at the minute are within 100 miles range.
The candidate that is going to be chosen by my client will depend on his/her knowledge and knowing my clients works to be done in terms of a packages they are looking to pay £300-£400 a day per candidate And it's got to be for a full-time focus on my clients business it could be more depending on what he/she can achieve on the business.
The candidate of course has to be dealing with final accounts on previous contracts Ongoing and can be working from office. The candidate can be working from home and can be needed to travel sometimes to size to actually acknowledge the sites.
