Estimators x 3 (Glazing / Recladding / Facades) | £65,000 - £80,000 | Essex | Sub Contractor | Permanent
We are working with a specialist subcontractor based in Essex that has quietly earned a reputation for doing things the right way. Their work speaks for itself: complex, high-spec façade packages delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest levels of professionalism.
Right now, they’re growing – carefully and deliberately - and they are looking for three experienced Estimators to join their team, each bringing their own expertise in glazing, recladding, or façades.

What they’re looking for:
* A glazing specialist who understands the nuances of curtain wall, windows, and bespoke architectural glazing systems.
* A recladding estimator with experience in remediation work, A1 materials, and the regulatory and technical framework that underpins the sector.
* A facades estimator with a broad knowledge of external envelope systems, comfortable pricing everything from rainscreen to unitised.
This isn’t an entry-level gig. We need people who can hit the ground running - experienced, commercially sharp, and ready to contribute to the next phase of growth.
