What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in estimating roles within construction, preferably housing or refurbishment. * Strong analytical and commercial skills with a proactive approach to risk management. * Experience using estimating software (Evaluate or similar). * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. * High attention to detail and a strong understanding of subcontract and supplier market dynamics. * Full UK driving licence (site visits required). Why Join? * Work with a reputable, forward-thinking contractor committed to quality and community impact. * Enjoy a collaborative team culture where your input matters from day one. * Access to ongoing professional development and structured career progression. * Competitive salary, car allowance, pension, and generous holiday entitlement.
