Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Estimator / Senior Estimator to join a successful contractor at their Staffordshire office. The company delivers a broad range of refurbishment and fit-out projects, with a strong pipeline of work secured and many long-term client relationships.
The Role
This is a key position within the pre-construction team, where you’ll take ownership of tenders and play a central role in securing new work. You’ll be involved in projects from initial enquiry through to handover, preparing competitive and accurate cost estimates, and liaising with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
Responsibilities

Manage tender enquiries and submissions

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates
*
Work with subcontractors and suppliers to gather competitive quotations
*
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
*
Support the bid process and ensure commercially sound proposals
About You
*
Experienced Estimator with a background in fit-out or refurbishment
*
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
*
Confident working both independently and as part of a team
