Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Estimator to join a respected and growing building services contractor. This role is well-suited to an intermediate-level professional who is looking to further develop their skills and progress their career within a supportive team environment.
The business delivers mechanical and electrical packages across a variety of projects, including healthcare, education, residential, industrial, and commercial developments. Key Responsibilities:

Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical building services packages

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess project requirements
*
Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
*
Supporting the bid process and contributing to tender submissions
*
Monitoring market trends and costs to maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing structures
