We are seeking a proactive and technically minded Estimator Engineer to support the delivery of diesel generator installation projects across the UK. This role is ideal for someone with experience in estimating or project engineering who enjoys working both in the office and on-site.

The Role:
As an Estimator Engineer, you will:
*
Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for generator installations
*
Attend site visits to assess requirements and liaise with clients/contractors
*
Interpret CAD drawings and site plans (no CAD design work required)
*
Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and logistics details
*
Assist project managers with cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
*
Experience in estimating or project engineering (ideally in power generation, M&E, or diesel generators)
*
Ability to read CAD drawings and understand site layouts
*
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical installations
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with confidence in client-facing situations
*
Full UK driving licence – essential
*
Awareness of site health & safety practices – desirableBefore You Apply
